TARTE REVIEW PART 3: Lip products and tools

Hello gorgeous people! how have you been doing? This time i'm doing things a little bit different. A couple of weeks ago I had ordered directly from Tarte some of their newly launched products and their best sellers. So I thought i'd review all of my items. Since I do have quite a few items, I decided that instead of having a post for each individual item, I would split them up according to skin care (Part 1), Eye products and face products (Part 2), Lip products and tools (Part 3), and overall brand review (Part 4)! So let's jump right into it! :D

The lip products I have are the limited-edition tartiest quick dry matte lip paint in the shade fairytale (mint), the tartiest lip paint in the shade texas toast and swamp family which are the two shades from the Grav3YardGirl (Bunny) collab. I believe these are also limited edition.

This colour is beautiful and if you are one that loves to own all the crazy colour than I do think that you must have this, as it is not a usual colour you can find. The product contains 6mL/ o.20 Fl.Oz. It has a faint chemically scent to it. Takes a few minutes to completely dry down. applies a bit patchy and the colour applies a bit sheer too. It does feel drying on the lips and that you have product on the lips. The shape of the wand for me is personally a bit uncomfortable since I do have small lips.It does look cracked on the lips so I suggest you exfoliate your lips before using this. It removes fairly easily with a face wash, which is a con for me since it means that the product will not last long and will need touch ups. Overall I think the colour is very pretty but it is not one of my favourite formulas.

These are a semi-matte liquid lipstick, (Personally I do prefer fully matte liquid lipsticks for myself because I wouldn't need touch ups). The product contains 6mL/ o.20 Fl.Oz. These retailed for 19 euros but are now on sale for 12 euros directly from tarte's website.
I am in love with the wand of this product, it applies the product so quickly and precise, and I do find it comfortable for my small lips. As I already said this will remove quicker than a normal liquid lipstick because it is semi-matte, but it does still leave a tint of the colour on the lips (which is well visible). Overall I think these are really good liquid lipsticks as they feel super light on the lips and also feel moisturizing!

This was a limited-edition (which I do believe is not available anymore) that consists of 5 brushes (3 face brushes and 2 eye brushes). These are the prettiest brushes I have ever seen and retailed for about 39 euros. I had seen a few posts of the bristles shedding after the first wash, but luckily mine didn't shed. They work amazing, their blending is amazing! Super soft and cute. The handle is a bit too long though but that is not really a problem. I love these brushes so much, such a shame they were limited edition.

The final tool I am reviewing is their cleansing cutie scrubber, which is basically just an extra way of cleaning your face. This is just like those brush cleaning pads but smaller and for the face. It rubs in the product very well onto the skin, the only problem is that it does get slippery when holding it. This retails for 7 euros.

I do hope you enjoyed part 3 of my Tarte review series. Stay tuned for the last part of this series! Have you tried any of these products, if so which is your favourite and what are your thoughts on these?
XOXO
